I started writing about vampires on a dare to myself. At the time, I was strictly a Dystopian and Fantasy author. The Twilight blow up of the paranormal genre had happened several years back, and I told myself "if I can write about vampires convincingly, I can write about anything". And, so, Camp Wisteria came to life.

I based the Wisterian mansion off the high school I attended (an old manor which, since, has sadly fallen into disrepair on the inside, though rules and regulations for the historic society keep it spotless on the outside). Menicelle is largely based on myself, and Tasha and Cormary are later versions and parts of me. I loved writing about vampires so much that I didn't stop there! This series contains vampires, shapeshifter wolves, demons, angels and so much more! :D

Setting the Scene...
This series takes place up in the middle of the woods "miles from civilization" where a Tudor mansion overshadows the surrounding forest. A dark, rod iron fence separates the mansion grounds from the dangerous woods outside. The shady trees there are home to shifters and vampires alike. Several miles down a dirt road, a small town exists which comes to play in the later books. Check out the setting art below!

Let's fill you in. The Wisteria Rebel Series consists of three stories from the viewpoints of three very different heroines. It's young adult paranormal romance with a strong emphasis on suspense and urban fantasy elements. The found family troupe is abundant, and each is a slow burn romance. Check out the vid below for more of a feel.
